Decided to go with Trinity by word of mouth in our community. We have been having the typical issues with a 22 year old struggling system. Called Trinity out and they have taken professionalism to another level. If you value communication, pride in work, and a job well done I highly recommend these guys. The entire crew are professionals—and Andy and Tony were excellent/knowledgeable on the whole unit installation . 10/10 would do it again and will continue to use these guys with the way the whole operation performed. The service tech (San) made it to my house within 30 minutes of my call. He was very pleasant and professional. He thoroughly tested before then repaired and tested after the repair of the pipe. That pipe had been leaking for a while unbeknownst to me and had caused quite a bit of water damage. I’m glad I have a service contract, which meant I didn’t have to pay an after hour charge. Trinity replaced our ‘Builder’s grade’ HVAC units when the time came to replace them. Their service techs continue to display a tenacious jealousy for the long-term health and reliability of these units. The Trane units have given us over 10 years of trouble free, dependable service, and made our home very comfortable on the most humid and hottest of Georgia summers. Plus, the savings in our monthly utility bills - over time - are approaching the point of these units having paid for themselves. Highly recommend Trinity Air. Read Less
