Patrick came out last Monday and explained in detail the work that needed to be done. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Yesterday and today Trinity replaced our HVAC system for upstairs plus our hot water tank. We have nothing but praise for Justin who replaced our hot water tank, and for a different Justin and Tony for our HVAC. They all had very professional work ethics, did a great job, and were also very friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They made sure we understood the work they did and answered every question we asked. It was a pleasure having them here! Also let us not forget Nathan for getting the whole thing started. He made sure we knew all the options and worked hard to help us to get the best product for the money we were approved for. Thank you Trinity! You will be hearing from us for our next project. Lawrence Briggs of Trinity Air was efficient and helpful in locating what was wrong with our system and giving us his recommendation. We are thankful to have found Mr. Briggs and Trinity Air! Nathan came to the house to present our options. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field.. He was quick to go up and walk the beams in the attic, finding, even, another issue. He got straight to the problems and our options, not wasting anyone’s time. We needed to have a new system and duct work.. Justin Fleming, Richard and Joe are three of the nicest, most hard-working individuals I’ve ever met. They worked non-stop for two days, up and down stairs building a new duct work system for us. They vacuumed both days, when they were finished. They offered to come back and adjust the vents, if we want less air coming through them. Trinity Air, with these outstanding employees, have an amazing crew of fine, fine folks! First of all, making the appointment was a breeze. It’s like they’re the Chick-fil-A of heating and air companies 🙂 The woman who made my appointment was professional and so nice and friendly, it was a great experience. James came out this morning to work on our units and did a great job. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

Last week we had our duct work replaced by Trinity. Mike and Jake and their team did an excellent job! They did the job quickly and did a nice job of cleaning up after they were done. We can already tell a big difference in the air flow. Much better! Thanks to Drew, Justin, Mike, Jake and anyone else who may have been involved. Trinity took great care of us. There was a confusion with the service plan, but Trinity handled it like professionals who care about their customers. The tech who came out to perform the diagnostics and the repair work was extremely professional, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable in his craft. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan H. Hopefully we don't have any more issues, but if we do, I would request he is the tech who comes out. Thanks again to Jordan and Trinity. Read Less
