Lawrence Briggs of Trinity Air was efficient and helpful in locating what was wrong with our system and giving us his recommendation. We are thankful to have found Mr. Briggs and Trinity Air! Nathan came to the house to present our options. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field.. He was quick to go up and walk the beams in the attic, finding, even, another issue. He got straight to the problems and our options, not wasting anyone’s time. We needed to have a new system and duct work.. Justin Fleming, Richard and Joe are three of the nicest, most hard-working individuals I’ve ever met. They worked non-stop for two days, up and down stairs building a new duct work system for us. They vacuumed both days, when they were finished. They offered to come back and adjust the vents, if we want less air coming through them. Trinity Air, with these outstanding employees, have an amazing crew of fine, fine folks! Last week we had our duct work replaced by Trinity. Mike and Jake and their team did an excellent job! They did the job quickly and did a nice job of cleaning up after they were done. We can already tell a big difference in the air flow. Much better! Thanks to Drew, Justin, Mike, Jake and anyone else who may have been involved.
