We bought our heat and air units from Trinity Several years ago. We elected to get the warranty so they come out twice a year to check both units, and do any maintenance they need. Today Marvin came out. He’s been here before, and is such a nice man. He is very thorough, very friendly, and even sings while he works. Five stars to Marvin and to Trinity. Read Less

I've used Trinity Air for a major installation (ventilation and whole house dehumidifier) and for duct cleaning work and both times I had a great experience!! The quality of the work is phenomenal and the installation crew is willing to take their time to do things right. The price is fair for the quality of work that you get. And the company is honest and upfront about anything they forgot to quote or any changes to the scope of work. I'm definitely going with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area!! Read Less

Our central air conditioner quit cooling on a late Tuesday evening and I called Trinity Air and Gage returned my call and we discussed what we were experiencing so he came out and had it running again after 20 minutes. Technician David was dispatched to our appointment today for spring maintenance on our AC units - he was on time and was very friendly and personable. He took time with both units checking the blowers, thermostats and outside units. He cleaned the outside units and coils with detail. Hope to have him back in the fall for maintenance! Trinity overall has been a good choice for our HVACs. Read Less

We had our two air duct systems cleaned and the dryer vent. Wanted to say that Curtis the technician that came did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and methodical. It did take a long time to do the work, and it would have gone faster if he had someone to help clean the vents as he went along. But we were very happy with his work. Thank you Curtis for doing things right. I would recommend Trinity for their excellent service. Read Less
